Our team independently developed the world's most advanced continuous flow solid-phase synthesis process and the world's original surface growth assisted peptide synthesis method / SGA peptide synthesis, and successfully developed the world's first pilot and production continuous flow solid-phase peptide synthesis instrument. In the aspect of polypeptide separation and purification, we have successfully developed polypeptide separation materials with international patents, which makes polypeptide separation easier and product yield higher. In particular, SGA polypeptide synthesis method breaks through the preparation of ultra long-chain polypeptide which is extremely difficult to carry out by chemical polypeptide synthesis, and becomes a powerful competitive means for gene editing fermentation polypeptide synthesis in the future.
